H2H is an HHKB Classic-compatible aftermarket case. Its design is inspired by the HHKB Studio and also adopts a bottom-case wraps top-case structure. The designer, Hannn, gave it a more elegant look with rounder corners and smoother curves. The name H2H comes from exactly this — Hannn to HHKB.

QC Standards & After-Sales Terms
- Product Exterior: The external surfaces of the kit (external surfaces defined as the six visible sides – front, back, left, right, top, bottom – after keycaps are installed) shall have no multiple scratches, dings, or pitting larger than 1×1 mm. Internal imperfections will be minimized as much as possible. Marks from anodizing or electrophoresis hanging points cannot be completely avoided – their number will be controlled, but consistency across different colors cannot be guaranteed. Minor acid residue around screw holes may occur occasionally; small areas will not be covered under after‑sales service.
- Product Functionality: The keyboard must be fully functional with no operational issues.
- Product Structure: The assembled keyboard must be structurally intact, with no dimensional interference or assembly problems.

After‑sales service is available within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Please complete inspection within this period.
Requests made after the 7‑day period or for units already assembled without an unboxing video will not be covered by free after‑sales service – the buyer will be responsible for shipping, repair, replacement, and other costs.
Please record a complete unboxing video to inspect the keyboard’s exterior and PCB functionality. The video must clearly show the entire unboxing process and the specific issue. Provided the video is clear and complete, you may contact me for after‑sales support if the product does not meet the stated factory standards.
